Kathy's Cranberry Christmas Fudge
16 oz Semi sweet chocolate baking bar
14 oz sweetened condensed milk
2 t. vanilla
4 oz white chocolate baking bar
1/2 c. cream cheese
1/2 c. craisins
Line 8x8 glass pan with foil, spray with PAM.
In microwavable bowl, break chocolate into 1/2 oz. pieces. Pour in milk. Microwave 1 minute (or more depending on your microwave), stir.
Add vanilla, stir, pour into pan.
In separate bowl, break white chocolate into 1/2 oz pieces. Microwave 30-60 seconds. Stir in cream cheese. Stir in craisins.
Spread over top of dark chocolate. Refrigerate 3 hours.
